Leonardo Castillo
Career and origins
I am Leonardo Castillo, a constructing architect with an international background in the world of architecture and construction. I was born in Venezuela and grew up in New York, where from a young age I developed a great passion for design, construction, and the creation of spaces. At 18, I began my career in the construction sector and, after gaining experience in different areas of the trade, I founded my first company, solidifying a vocation that has accompanied me throughout my professional career.
Technical training and experience
With the aim of strengthening my professional profile, I studied Technical Architecture at VIA University College (Denmark), a period that allowed me to combine practical experience with a solid academic foundation. After completing my studies in 2011, I participated in the development and coordination of large-scale civil engineering projects, broadening my technical and management perspective within the construction sector.
Throughout my professional career I have accumulated experience in different areas of architecture, the construction and project management. My career has allowed me to participate in residential, commercial and hotel projects, developing skills in project management and execution, comprehensive renovations, technical planning, cost control and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
A career with a global vision
Currently, as founder and director of GRIMARQ lead a team committed to excellence in construction, renovation, and comprehensive project management. My goal is to add value to every project through a combination of technical rigor, innovation, transparency, and attention to detail, guaranteeing results that exceed our clients' expectations.
The combination of international experience, technical training, and an entrepreneurial spirit has allowed me to develop a comprehensive vision of the construction process, from the initial design and planning phase to the execution and final delivery of each project. My approach is based on the constant search for efficient, functional, and high-quality solutions, always tailored to the specific needs of each client.
